Soap Bits are here!

As a request from a wonderful reader, I have created some awesome Soap Bits.  They have made my life so much easier.  No longer do I make a huge ordeal preparing a solution for each batch of baby wipes I prepare.

Soap Solution bits are used with cloth diaper wipes for bottoms, faces, hands and anything you want fresh and clean.

I have made these in Satsuma fragrance and love it!  I will try other fragrances down the road.

Directions; drop one Bit in a cup of hot or boiling water till dissolved.  Let cool some and transfer to whatever container you prefer.  I pour mine over a pile of clean cloth wipes in my wipes warmer.  Many moms prefer a spray bottle or dropper bottle.

Each bag contains 12 bits appx 1cm by 1cm.

Ingredients; glycerine soap base, fragrance oil

Cost $2.00
Shipping $1

(if more items are purchased together, total shipping costs will be estimated by me by weight)

Rubber Ducky

These rubber ducky soaps were so fun to make!!  The pictures do not do them justice, how hard it is to properly photograph a clear image!  Of course, they are not perfectly clear, but you see that.

I think they appeal to children as well as adults.  I made them in one of my favorite scents, satsuma.  Not too sweet, not to citrusy.  My laundry room smells like heaven right now (and this is what I envision heaven to smell like!).

Each Ducky comes wrapped in plastic to protect the fragile glycerine soap.  Each one is hand cut by myself, so perfect squares they are not!  There also may be a few bubbles or minor imperfections in these as well, hand poured glycerine soaps are just that way.  The rubber ducky inside is about 1.5 inches by 1 inch, he will be fun to play with after the soap is all gone!

Ducky Soap $4
appx 4 oz each
Contains; Glycerine Soap, Rubber Ducky, Satsuma fragrance oil

Mocha

This one smells so good I could just roll around in it.  A wonderful and strong coffee aroma with real fresh grounds placed in the middle for a little bit of exfoliation.

Olive Oil

This soap is a nice clean and almost a little sweet smelling.  It is a very soft green color due to the Kaolin clay I added which also makes it feel very velvety on the skin.  The picture doesnt show that well.

Each Grab Bag will contain 3 different and quite ugly soaps.  Each soap will be 3-4+ oz each.

Coffee Soap is always so popular and I always seem to have some on hand. I just love it. The rich color comes from the coffee in it of course and the speckles are ground up coffee. You can also see I used a soap stamp on this one to leave a decorative impression.

Soaps

I dont have much left, but here it is.  Mango, the orange and cream one, smells like a sweet mango.
And Melon Tea.  This one is a sweet and fresh fragrance.  Very popular especially because I added the purple dots.  That was no easy task!

I also have a couple of odds and ends.  I wont post those as I hope to replenish my supply soon!

Lotion

And of course I only have a few bottles of lotion left as well!  Boy this stuff goes fast.  Lotion may be my favorite product I make because it is a really great lasting moisturizer.  I have not found anything like it anywhere.
pictured: mint, mango, 2 mossy rose, vanilla spice

ingredients; distilled water, sweet almond oil, shea butter, emulsifying wax, avocado oil, stearic acid, fragrance oil, mica, less than 1% phenonip (phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, butylparaben, propylparaben)

Bamboo Scrub

I just got a chance today to make some scrubs (finally).  My daughter is now 6 months old and I can set her down to entertain herself for just long enough to work on a project in bits and pieces.

I had a blast making these scrubs and my kitchen smelled wonderful all day.  I did take some pictures along the way, but will only post 2 as blogger freaks out if I try to upload more!
I used a variety of sugars, Sweet Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Bamboo Powder, Rosemary Extract, Ginseng and my bamboo fragrance.
Finally the finished product ready to go!

ingredients; unrefined cane sugar, turbinado sugar, sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, bamboo powder, candelilla wax, fragrance oil, ginseng extract

Sweet Honey Scrub

I just made up a fresh batch of scrubs.  Here is a pic of the Honey. It smells sooo good.  Also I made Bamboo and Creme Brulee'.  Yum!  I will be selling these for $8 each, and I will make my inventory list soon.
